DEADLINE - November 30th
The deadline to request a Schedule Window for the Second Round (January 6 - February 26, 2012) is November 30, 2011.

If a team fails to request a Schedule Window prior to the deadlines indicated above, they may only attend an out-of-town tournament if they are still able to honor any league game commitments.

Each team may request one Schedule Window in the Seeding Round and one in the Second Round.

Schedule Windows are not permitted during Esso Minor Hockey Week (January 13 - January 21, 2012) or the playoffs (February 28 - March 22, 2012).

Schedule Windows will only be approved for the dates of the tournament. For tournaments that require significant travel (6+ hours), travel days may be added on to the Schedule Window request. Please be considerate - when your team has a Schedule Window it impacts other teams in your Division. Requesting more days than necessary causes unnecessary scheduling delays for your opponent.
